Q: How does this shade affect golden yellow and brassy hair?

Any ash color neutralizes the brassy color out of your hair. Not sure about the golden yellow as to the effect on it’s color. My guess would be about the color of the girl on the box. It did darken my hair a bit.

Q: How long before i recolor? The box doesnt say how long the color lasts

The color is permanent but starts to fade a bit after about 5 weeks or so.

Q: what is the difference between the colors in cool and ash blonde?

From comparing the pictures of boxes, the only difference I can see is the cool blonde says no brass blonde, or something to that effect under the color name/no. on upper right on front of box.
