Note: One raw Pani Puri is approximately 2 - 2.50g, so roughly 40-45puries in 100g. Packaging: Process and packed in a safe and hygienic environment to avoid cross-contamination. Food Allergens: This product is manufactured in a facility that processes other product which may contain Soya, Dairy, Wheat, Tree nuts, Peanuts, Mustard, Sulphur Dioxide (Sulphites), Sesame seeds and may contain traces of all of the above. How to Prepare: Heat oil for deep frying in a pan. The oil should be medium hot. Slide the 2 to 4 Puri at a time in the oil. Fry them over low to the medium-hot flame. They will puff up as soon as you add them to the oil. Nudge the Puri with the frying spoon so that they puff up. Now flip them by frying spoon. Continue to fry them until golden brown. Drain them on a paper towel. Fry all the Puri same way. You can store fried Puri/poori for up to one month in an airtight container.
