It's heavy and built strong.
This filing cabinet came in without any damage and is built heavy and strong. I am very pleased with the purchase. I would do it again for my other business. I especially like the individual keys for each drawer.

This fireproof filing cabinet is very sturdy. I had a small scratch on it from shipping and customer service is exceptional. Within 24 hours it was resolved to my satisfaction.

Not the quality and feel I expect from a fire file.
The cabinet arrived in an undamaged carton, in spite of breaking loose from the flimsy pallet it was strapped to. There is a hole gouged in the top right edge (see picture) that must have been done before boxing and shipping. The drawer latches are flimsy feeling and just figuring how to open them is a problem. The whole locking / latching mechanism does not inspire confidence in the construction.I have 4 other fire files, all of which unlatch and operate smoothly. I guess the bolt locking feature isn't as great as I thought it would be.I don't like the item, but I don't want to attempt to return something this large and heavy, so I'll keep it.If my opinion of the drawers and latching mechanism changes, I'll add an update.

AMFFC-400 Fireproof and Burglary Resistant file cabinet is very well built and easy to use. We like it very much. Only problem with seller is the delivery service. They can only bring it to the street with mailbox which is long way from my house and not even end of my drive way. I struggled to manege to bring it home finally.
