Does the job
Used it to remedy fret sprout. Clean cut and a good bevel angle. This one stays on the toolbox.

Mostly dummy proof
Got this to fix some fret sprout on an old Strat I found that had been sitting in a dry garage for over a decade. Angles are proper and you’d kinda have to try and put pressure to damage the guitar itself. It won’t leave you with a finished product (need a proper fret file to shape and smooth and that’s not even counting polishing etc) but it does it’s job well.

nice prce, works well
should of had on of these a while ago. done a few necks and I'm happy with the results. Like any tool you can find a way to mess up but this one tracks well enough. I haven't had it long enough to see how it wears.

Exactly what it says it is, but needs work to function properly
This product arrived as described but I had to modify it to meet my needs. The edges of the files are sharp. The files are rough cut on the ends and the side still has all the teeth on the edge you will never use. The files are glued in but I was able to easily remove them by prying with a small screw driver. I then ground down the rough edges. Also, there is no need for 2 files. I simply put tape in the file slot. The file pushes in and friction is more than enough to properly hold it into place. You can therefore remove the file at any time and clean or replace it if it wears. You can use one file in either slot. The other required modification was more unexpected. The wooden part of the tools is NOT flat enough to be used as it was delivered to me. The wood chattered on the frets because it was not flat. If it were properly flat, it should glide over the frets. I had to sand the wooden part of the tool flat in order to use it. After the modifications, the tool functioned properly. I am using only one file, therefore I have a spare one for the future.

How much are the ends of the frets are exposed.
It is ok if most of the work is already done. It's ok for fine tuning.

Works very well
This tool works very well so far I have no complaints about except the price is a little too high, other than that it does the job well/

Works well
Used this on a schecter Les Paul copy. It did a great job. Watch what you're doing. I plan to round off the bottom corners. It put an ugly scratch on my guitar which was taped off but why through the tape. Put cardboard it something over the body. Be mindful and take your time it will damage your frets if it slips on top of your fretboard.
