Some ink cartridges don’t ever load to work!!
Usually I have no issues with this ink but the last two I bought wouldn’t show up to work in the printer. It looks the same. Went right in the same. But printer keeps saying error with something. Bummer.

Received Damaged Cartridge/Received New Cartridge
I received a damaged cartridge. Ordered it in May as a backup cartridge. I put it in my printer today June 10th. I was going to try and send it back for an exchange and in fine print, it says, "return date no later than June 8th," but it has a 100% satisfactory guaranteed label on the description as well. I'm so confused. I advise everyone to only order if you're going to use the cartridge immediately after it's received to catch any defects it may have.UPDATE: June 15 Came home to a new cartridge sitting in my living room! Thank you, Global Toner! This is definitely great, grand even, customer services!!

It does work
The only think I didn't like is while it did work on our printers, since ours are older than most we found out these ink cartridges could damage the our printer. We have since switched to a different cartridge sold by our repair man but I would recommend it for maybe newer printers

So, far very good printout quality, as comparable to the OEM cartridge.
So, far the printer has printed 200 pages with this compatible toner cartridge.The print quality is indistinguishable from the OEM cartridge.I purchased this low capacity cartridge to find out if the quality of print wouldbe compatible before purchasing the high capacity toner cartridge. Thecartirdge is it functions as it has sofar until the end of the design cycle.Will update when cartridger requires to be replace.

Great quality for its price.
Really good quality for a cheaper price than the name brand. Been getting this for months at my office and its been saving me a ton.

Price is cheaper than a HP cartridge, however there’s a minimal quality difference which is expected

It's the same like the original brand but it's cheaper. Why buy an expensive product if there's a cheaper one with a same quality
