It's alright, mainly just dried mealworms and strange clumps of stuff. My starlings didn't care for it so I threw it out for the wild birds.

Mostly Mealworms
Disappointed! I was expecting a range of insects but it was mostly mealworms. It is costly considering that the bag was small and I could have purchased a fairly large bag at Walmart for the same price. I couldn't find insects locally which is why I purchased online BUT ended up with the same thing...mealworms.
