I have taken these BCAAs both before my workout and I've also tried taking them after my workout. I noticed great things both ways, when I take them before my workouts I am so incredibly energized during my workouts and feel like I can do more reps/ lift heavier weights when I take them before. If I take them after I feel like my muscles thank me and my recovery time is quicker. Needless to say these supplements are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone! I also love that they are in capsule form, no more drinking nasty tasting BCAAs.

These are great! I have been working out hard and have had issues with recovery. I started taking these post workout and I can almost immediately feel a difference. Also the next day my soreness is at a minimum. Love that you don't have to make a shake to get your BCAAs. I still have my Vega Sport Recovery blend but when I workout after work but before dinner I don't want to ingest more calories. These FitFam BCAAs do the job while still allowing you to eat a regular meal.

Love this product! I had taken a long break from working out and getting back at it made me incredibly sore. It is hard to get to the gym everyday when you can barely walk!! I have been taking these for a long time now and love them. Much better than the powdered stuff that usually has some artificial sweetener and some weird after taste. These are easy to keep in your gym bag too. I like taking them before my workouts.

These are a great alternative to powdered BCAA's which require water and a shaker bottle. So much easier to take on the go and just as effective to help with muscle fatigue and soreness after workouts! Love them and will continue to use.

As an active senior citizen (78 years old) I find these BCAA capsules amazing - any day I do any strenuous work of any kind - 2/3 capsules at bedtime = NO MUSCLE SORENESS THE NEXT DAY!!!
