Stainless Steel 3-Cup Flour Sifter - Lid and Bottom Cover - No More Mess In Your Kitchen

I love that the sifter comes with a top and bottom cove, and it has a much finer grate than my last one.

It works the 2 covers are nice. I would like it to be bigger and sturdier.

I do not have a problem with flour flying out the sides where the handle goes through. Sure there is a little bit of "leakage" but if you use it over a wide enough bowl then there is no problem. I just pour the flour from that bowl straight into the mixing bowl. I use it to combine dry spices, granular sugar. I have not used it with brown sugar since that would seem impractical. I love that it has both top and bottom lids that keep the flour off the cabinet without having to wash it. Water would make it rust. Someone in my family washed it in water and I had to use a hair dryer to get it dry so it wouldn't wash.The only problem is that after using it several times the top and bottom lids don't stay on because the flour makes it slippery. Have not come up with a solution for this that would keep to from defeating the purpose of keeping it rust free. Will update when I find a solution.

I liked that it's easy to use to sift flour or powdered sugar. I liked the fact that it had covers for the top andbottom to use as needed. Easy to clean but I don't put it in the dishwasher.

This seem like a sturdy flour sifter . The opening on the crank handle seem a tad larger than need to be . This will allow flour or any item you may be sifting to leak out . but other than a little mess to clean up after using the sifter it seem like a good sifter .

The top and bottom covers are loosely fit. I keep flour in it all the time and need them to stay in place when I pick it up. I kept it because I am aware of it. Someone else will spill.

I was looking forward to getting this softer because it was similar to the one I used to have that rusted. I replaced my original with one that had a squeeze trigger and it was horrible , so I decided to go back to the crank style. This one sifts easily and I love the lids for top and bottom. The one drawback is that you can't actually put more than one cup at a time because there are holes where the crank fits, and flour/sugar leaks out a little. It sifts so fast though that I am willing to deal with that minor inconvenience.

Amazing! This is worth the wait for shipment as it powers through homemade protein powder, flour, etc with ease. I make protein powder out of ground pumpkin seeds mixed with pea protein powder and add vanilla powder and monk fruit extract with a little xanthum gum and salt for a cheaper TIU Perfect Fit Protein powder. This blend can get lumpy and I was using a mesh strainer before and it was taking forever. I bought a different flour sifter locally that sucked- made your hand muscles tired because you had to squeeze instead of crank. It definately didn't work for my home made protein powder blend, but this one does the job better than expected and keeps my kitchen cleaner because of the lids. It feels sturdy for my uses and I love it!
