Great equipment!
This workout machine is the best!! Super easy to assemble, the instructions were really clear. It is the perfect size for our home gym. The material was very sturdy and comfortable to workout with overall. The padding is very comfortable as well as for the hand grips. All workout stations are great. You can get so many workouts completed within this unit. The Ab strap is really comfortable to get your ab workouts in.I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase, highly recommend it!

Best dipping station I have ever owned
I was a competitive powerlifter in college so I have worked out my entire life. Now at age 70 I no longer enjoy going to gyms due to crowding and potential spread of disease. I have used resistance bands for many years because they help with flexibility as well as strength. One thing I lacked was a reliable, strong dipping station that I could also use resistance bands with. This is great for that although I had to add four - 40 pound bags of wood pellets that I use for a stove on the back of the unit so it wouldn't slide. You could probably use iron plates as well. Now it is perfect for my use as I am a 200 pound guy. The dipping rack has several holes to adjust the handles up or down for your height. The padded back rest should be longer or lower so you can do leg lifts. It hit sme I the top of my shoulders so the leverage is wrong for leg lifts. Overall however it is the best I have had. Good welding, no sharp edges and well designed.

Health risk
This product is made in China and contains lead (warning label is on the outside of the box). Had I known that it contained lead beforehand, I definitely would not have purchased this product.

Pretty solid
It's was pretty easy to put together probably took 45-60 minutes. It provides plenty of variety. My personal issue is that the outer pull bar seems a bit to wide but I've used a strudy belt to create a close arm chin up section.

Fitness Machine - Worth The Money!
I absolutely love the fact that I can work on my pull ups, should press, sit ups and tricep dips all in one machine in the comfort of my own home.
