The “one size” socks were recommended for my foot size (11). The entire heal cup is on the bottom of my foot. It was just past the return date when I finally got to try and put them on…waste. These would be fine if you had (I’m guessing) about a men’s size 7 or smaller. Good news is they fit my wife’s foot perfectly and she likes them.
