I purchased this product in November 2022 for $330. I had high expectations, but it started leaking even though I only used it once a month. This is incredibly unacceptable and shocking, especially considering that my 50s mixer never leaked.I had hoped for better performance and quality from this product, but experiencing leaks during periods of non-use is unbelievable. Ease of use and reliability are crucial factors, and this product fails to meet those standards.When such issues arise, it is only natural to expect options for returns or exchanges for a product that was purchased with hard-earned money. I strongly feel the need to return this product.

Nice color and design but the power is not strong enough. It took me longer to blend the same amount of food/ drink that I used with other blender.

DO NOT BUY THIS BLENDER! There are far better blenders out there at a better price. I have had this blender for less than a year and a half and the plastic bottom on the jar completely broke off. I am unable to repair this and the only option is to buy a replacement part. I called customer service and first off, they were not very friendly or apologetic for the poor product. The man on the phone told me that the product was no longer under warranty and I had to purchase the replacement part. The cost with shipping----$180.00!! They refused to help with any of the cost or to back their product in anyway. So I purchased one of the most expensive blenders on the market and it lasted a year and 5 months! Horrible product and company backing. I will never purchase anything from Smeg or recommend any of their products.
