As far as metal tumblers go, this is a pretty good one. It's very solid--weighty, actually. When full of iced coffee, it's got a heft to it that makes you feel like you could knock someone out cold with it, which might be a bonus if you work with someone who's extremely annoying*. The weight of it could be a downside to some people, as it's not exactly something you'd take with you on a leisurely walk, but on the other hand it's not going to tip over from a stiff breeze. Nor, do I think, will it break apart if it falls to the floor or (god forbid) a moving vehicle.The lid is an airtight seal, but I find that a little bit of coffee spills out from the corner if I fill it up too much when I put the lid on. It's not a spill-free top either, so don't go tipping this thing upside-down and expect your drink to remain inside.I've only tested it on cold drinks (iced coffee, specifically), but it absolutely keeps my drink cold for several hours. Having tested it for a week or so, I'd estimate a good 4-5 hours in an air-controlled environment, which is I feel is very good for iced coffee. I've usually finished my drink by then so I don't know if their claim of keeping drinks cold for 24 hours has any truth to it, so I might have to experiment with it.Overall, it's a good tumbler for its price point and I'd recommend it to just about anyone. The lack of a spill-proof top keeps it from being a full 5-star review, but it certainly won't keep me from using it for what will likely be years to come.* I am not endorsing people to knock out anyone with the Mugz 30oz Tumbler. Please don't do that. You'll probably get fired for it, and I'm sure as heck not going to be liable for lost wages just because Jack from IT was being a prick that day.

Been looking for as Mug that would hold 30 oz.and have a handle, and this Mugz was absolutely everything I had hoped for and more. Great quality and and superb workmanship and Mugz is to be commended on such a fine product as this. I am so glad I could find it on Amazon, as this is where I do most of my purchasing of fine products.Sincerely,JB-NV

I've used this mug for 6 mos now. It is amazing! I live in Arizona and it gets very hot, even hotter in a car. My ice stays frozen and water stays cold even when I leave it in the scorching heat of the car for hours. The outside of the mug gets hot, but the contents inside don't! At home I can fill it up at 6 p.m. and there's still ice..yes, partially melted..at 12 p.m. the next day. Still looks and works just as great as the day I got it. (I have only used it for hot coffee a few times, it worked just as well.)

I'm so glad I ordered this! I thought it was kind of pricey for an insulated mug, but I liked the reviews. Worth every penny! It keeps my hubbies' coffee hot for 2 hours and warm for another two hours while working out in the cold! He says it tastes much better and cleans easier than his last one that was plastic inside. And it fits in his cup holder!

Best drinking cup I have ever purchased.

This is to hard to get the lid off for a senior female with arthritic hands. Also, should have a cup attached somehow. Does keep early morning coffee hot for a long time, which is great!
