Very happy with this purchase. Easy to use/tighten. Comfortable to wear. Sleek design. My 8 year old boy likes this helmet a lot.

Heavy. Very heavy. I ordered three as I think I was measuring his head wrong... this was by far his favorite but he ultimately decided it was too heavy and never made it outside. It is the “coolest” looking helmet he’s ever seen but was heavier than the other two combined. It was easy to adjust but too heavy for his small body frame (he’s 7 but has a larger noggin).

This review is not for the product itself, but the condition in which Amazon sent it. Clearly this helmet was used and sent back, and this is what my son opened up on his birthday (we will not make the mistake of wrapping an item without inspecting it again). The reason I’m especially bothered by this is that it’s a kids helmet, where safety is obviously the primary issue/ reason for purchasing. To get something this destroyed—with a crack in the exterior even, is really disappointing and frustrating. Amazon, this is egregious; you should be more careful.

Love the flexible adjustable strap. It’s ideal for my 9 year old son who is growing. It will fit my head, so I know it will be used for as long as possible and not discardable like previous helmets. He can also use it for other outdoor activities and it’s very lightweight. Great helmet! Very pleased

Weighs twice as much as his brother's helmet. Does not seem somehow more protective - the dense styrofoam might even be too solid for helmet material. I will either drill a bunch of holes in it or return it. I would not buy this helmet.
