Best iPhone case I ever had was a Belkin for my 5S, so was happy to pay the premium for this one. What I received was a huge disappointment. Case fits poorly and the bottom is left flapping in the breeze. In the attached pic, you can see how the Belkin 5S case's bottom is molded around the ports so the top edge of the case is supported. Not so in the 7 case: the top edge is unsupported and will quickly stretch out of shape. Maybe OK for a $3 case, not for a $30 case.

With my past 3 iPhones I always used a Belkin case, because they were lightweight, easy to hold on to, and reasonably priced. This case is not like that. I’m so disappointed. First of all, it’s a completely different type of material than past Belkin cases and isn’t as easy to hold on to. It’s not too slippery, but still not nearly as nice as the past cases. Second, the case looks very different than Belkin’s photos. I ordered the turquoise case because I liked the color and the fact that the sides seemed to be see-through (like the old cases). When I opened the box with the new case, however, I found that the see-through turquoise was really just an opaque light blue. The worst part, however, was that Belkin claimed this fits iPhone 8’s well. I had to stretch the case so much to try to get it over my iPhone 8. This case may be nice for anyone who has an iPhone 7 or for someone who has never used a Belkin case before, but for anyone else, I wouldn’t recommend this case.

I've always been a fan of belkin cases. This is a great case that fits very well in my new iPhone 7. It has a sturdy feel once the phone is in it. I like that it has a very good bumper protection to protect from falls but without feeling too bulky. The back is clear which shows the iPhone color and logo. It does not have much of a grip, so if that's what you are looking for, this is not the case for you. It feels more like plastic than rubber once it's on the phone. The sides are sturdy and don't really bend much except for the bottom lip which is a little more bendable. You have to put a little bit of force to take the phone in and out. The buttons work excellent, very responsive. It has a small lip so that when you lay it on a table, the screen is not touching the surface.

This case does not, I repeat, DOES NOT fit an iPhone 8. Shame on you, Belkin, for slapping "iPhone 8" to the end of this product's title. It fits the phone like Chris Christie fits a child's small t-shirt. If you want a case that doesn't cover the edges and makes the mute button practically inaccessible, this is the case for you.

I love this. I know it doesn’t protect against shock but it is stylish, a comfortable fit, and exactly as described.
