This really does work. I have a pretty high anxiety level and do take a prescription as needed. I don't like to take my prescription unless I'm absolutely spiraling or I'm going to bed. I'm very impressed with this product and I will be purchasing again. I feel amazing and calm after drinking this. I add it to my chocolate almond milk and it's actually pretty tasty.

I've tried plenty. Ask Amazon! This is by far the best for my anxiety and mood swings, plus it helps me focus in a calm, confident way. I am a creative director with ADHD and take Vyvanse to help me get work done each day. The Vyvanse helps me in the mornings but would leave me in a blah mood at the end of the day. Additionally, I live alone and often spend time going over things in my head and this leads to depression at times. I 'd drink Yogi teas to help with the mood and depression. I've been wanting to find a natural alternative to the pills and this is the closest thing I've found. I take it in the mornings and lead a productive day with a balanced mood. I highly recommend.

I dont feel it really does anything and i can not figure out how to get the clumps out! It is REALLY difficult and impossible to disolve! It taste like i protein shake.... but worse. I really wanted this to work.
