Bought it for less that two years and used it less than 10 times, the jack stop working. I expect it last much longer than that. above was my previous comments. But I later found out that is just a connection issue. I made a tiny repair and it works great again. Used it many times now, everything work great, include the light, air pump.

** UPDATE ** After posting my original 1 star review this business showed how to be AMAZING! They contacted me & arranged for a replacement jack to be sent out to me at no charge. It arrived in one day & I have used it probably close to 10 times without issue. They contacted me, took responsibility & made things right with me. That’s how it you become a leading business. Thank you very much!! Here I am in need of my vehicle lifted to change my tire, NOPE! The jack worked for maybe 1 minute. Now nothing. I’ve been trying it again & again as well as let it sit over the last hour. Nothing. Tire pump & the light work not the jack. This has left me stranded. Unbelievable! It’s hot & this is super frustrating. Thanks so much!

Got this as a replacement to a replacement. Brought another similar type one of these late last year. Needless to say, it was stolen out of my SUV while at a dealership. Brought a 4 ton brand name (Feline, Yellow) type to replace the stolen one. THAT ONE FAILED MISERABLY!!! So Amazon went above and beyond to help with a refund since it was past the return deadline date. But you don't really need something UNTIL it's NEEDED!!! My fault....should have tested it when it arrived. So I ended up buying this one to replace the Yellow Feline one. And low & behold... I used it on my 1 day off to help lift my SUV to install rock lights. All I can say is... I think I made a wise decision. This 5 ton 12V lift did the job effortlessly. Kinda slow on the rise, but it did lift my vehicle and held fast while off the ground. I'm happy with this purchase. Hope it holds it's weight (no pun intended) for the next time it's called for.

Amazon and seller stand behind product, I've probably used it more than intended and eventually had one break and was taken care of.

Was a good jack ONCE! Was not the little fuse, was not the power. Truck was on while Jack power was clamped to batt terminals. $90 and done. How can you sell this crap? Buy a bottle jack, attach a plate to bottom. Chinese products, wow. No picture, it's in the garbage.
