My second blanket... These are worth every single penny... I've encouraged everyone I know to try these! Please read my review below!I looked at the reviews and decided to try for myself, and wow, I'm super happy I did!! I have severe menopausal hot flushes, they stop me sleeping, I have them through the day too.. But sleep deprivation is the worst. I'm unable to take medication so I was desperate for something else. The first night I tried this, it seemed cool.. But I thought that was it.. Then a hot flush started... I put the blanket over me and waited... Sure enough, I felt a bit cooler, the flush subsided and then I was actually cold.. In fact, through the night I started shivering!!! So it was a bit of a game trying to get the balance right of my own duvet and just the blanket lolThe next night, I knew what to expect.. So I partly covered myself with my duvet but used the blanket totally.... Again, it kept me cool, or actually cold!!Now it's been a few nights and this is working beyond my expectation... I am sleeping, finally!! My flushes seem to be slowing too.. Now I'm not claiming the blanket does that, but I'm less stressed at night now because I know I can deal with the flushes.. So that in turn stops the stress /flushes happening so much. I am so happy. When the real heat kicks in during any summer heatwaves.. I am prepared.. And that is a wonderful feeling. So if you are a woman suffering with those damn flushes, please don't hesitate...get this and change your ability to sleep 👍

Keeps you nice and cool on the hot summer nights.

I decided to order this due to the terrible heat and humidity we are getting year on year. The striped side is the side to have against your body and it's like satin feeling, very cool and lovely if too hot. The fuzzy side is the bamboo side and should be facing outwards, though if I'm a bit cold I turn it over and use that side. Haven't had a real hot day to test it but it definitely is a welcome relief against hot skin and I imagine would be wonderful during hot flushes

Really does work to cool you down esp at night when trying to drift off to sleep. If u ever overheat this is for you. Only downfall is the size-wouldve been better in bigger size. It was ok just could be better

This is a lovely cooling blanket, it's so soft and lightweight and I love the colour.

Nice size, heavier than I was expecting but it sadly does not feel cool or help with my night sweats.

I overheat so easily at night so I keep this beside the bed for when I need to cool down to get back to sleep. Perfect for a quick cool down. Would definitely recommend. I bought a different brand as a spare when I couldn’t remember where I bought this and it’s no where near as good or soft as this one!

I don't know how, but this blanket really does feel cooling! It is also silky against the skin and heavy enough to feel comfortable with. It didn't have a chemical smell when arriving and washes well. An excellent product that I've been using the whole summer.
