I am a published author and holistic health advocate for Hypothyroidism and Hashimoto's. I decided to try this on a whim. I have been taking 2oz shots daily and my bp is already coming down. It has even curved my appetite. (And let me tell ya- I love to eat) I am a naturally a high-strung person and I eat fantastic always but my bp has a mind of its own. Publishing blogs, book deadlines, keeping up appearances and so on. My bp is typically 150/95. (Yes, I eat to cater to my body, no sodium over 1500, low GI and anti-inflammatory foods) but like I said I am a high-strung person. I love the taste. Of course, I love juicing beets, celery, cucumber and ginger on the regular. I love that it is fermented without VINEGAR along with the probiotics. If you don't like earthy tastes, then this won't be for you.

I was satisfied with this product. This stuff REALLY LOWERS BLOOD PRESSURE. Plus it helps guys out in more ways than one. Believe it. My blood pressure with both my pills is around 138/90. With this supplement my pressure went down to 118/78. That’s my truth. I don’t know what it will do for you, nor am I saying take this as a supplement for your blood pressure. I took it and it dropped my pressure to childlike levels.

i found this product very benefitial for me, specially for my digestion sistem, i start me day with two shots, then i eat my brecfast, drink lot of water and you can go to bathroom very easy no constipaded.

Never had a kavash. Not the flavor I expected it’s really salty almost like pickle juice. Didn’t see a difference as I do when I juice with Beets. Almost done with the bottle and not sure I would do this again.

Great way to drink probiotics

Yep, it’s equal to 8grams of Citrulline. Fantastic and sorta of a pre workout boost. I used to use hot sauce by socal supplements back in 98-99’ so I sorta enjoy a drink with bite before I go.

The product itself is great, but it takes forever to ship. I have to anticipate when I think I will run out and order at least a month in advance. It’s almost like the seller does not keep an inventory on hand ready to ship. Pros: large jar, sturdy lid that does not leak, great high quality kvass, fantastic for your health. Cons: slow delivery time requires you to plan far in advance of when you will need this product.
