well worth the extra money for the easy to swallow capsules. Capsule form makes it fast acting. no more middle of the night charley horse in my calfs. Have a tendency in my sleep to stretch and roll over causing extremely painful calf leg cramping. I take Proton pump inhibitors which robs my body of magnesium.
