Cuts tomatoes very well and sheath protects knife and your fingers when reaching into drawer for this very sharp knife. A good value.

Our garden produced an abundance of tomatoes so we did a lot of slicing , dicing and prepping .After constantly dealing with knives that squash the delicate tomatoes , I ordered this knife out of frustration . It’s been great for all our prep.

A very sharp knife
This tomato knife works very well and doesn't crush tomatoes. Just make sure you don't cut yourself!
