Do they wrinkle and have to be ironed?

I hang mine to dry so ironing not necessary.

Can this too be dried in the dryer without shrinking? If so, how much shrinkage?

It is easily quickly dryed in the air without wrinkles! I never use dryer for this! Just wash it by washing machine and then hang it in my closet!

Do i go by what i wear or the sizes provided? it said a x-small is 45in in bust, & i wear 40 in my bust. so, what size do i get?

I would buy the same size you normally wear. I do not like a tight fit. I wear L and XL. I bought XL and it fits perfectly
