A 8500 gram sealed container of Ensure NutriVigor Nutritional Shake powder. The powder is easily mixed with water. I use water that has been chilled in fridge to make it more shake like. I add the powder and a spoon of nestle quik chocolate milk powder. There is also strawberry and banana flavours of quik. I find the vanilla with the quik to be a fuller, smoother taste, flavour. When have one of the IBD issues or problems. The protein shake drinks are essential to get the proper amount of protein and vitamins each day. I find the 850g to be a good size, it would be best if it was 1kg. When having to drink two to three times per day on and off based on state of tummy, having this shake to drink is easy to keep down and an good value for the amount of protein per shake. More or less can be added to suit your personal requirements. The premixed versions do not have this option. The tub with lid is sturdy. I would redesign it to be taller, narrower, rectangular, like shape of a cereal box, with a smaller lid. I am careful but others in home could if was left too near edge knock over on floor. I have not dropped or had it knocked yet so do not know if lid will stay firm and secure. A smaller pop open like 5x5cm would be sufficient to scoop or pour out and if did drop on floor, would not have entire like potentially come off. Also a cereal box shape would make it easier to fit in cereal boxes cupboard. This is same for ALL things that still are sold in Round containers. IF I did not have the Ensure Protein Shake, I know I would be a fraction of my current weight when my IBD has a flare. Highly recommend the Ensure Protein Shake Powder!!

There's a lot of nutritional support drinks. Ensure has very good nutritional fundamentals, Things that you'll see when you compare its macro nutrient profile to other brands. But I think one of the best things is it's mild taste, a lot of nutritional support drinks. Having off weird taste, they don't really taste nice, but obviously they're trying to cram as many calories as possible in. This product really comes in clutch if you or a relative you have are trying to get as many calories as you can in a small a footprint as you can, And the fact that it doesn't have a strong taste is a big, big plus. So this size you get the most bang for your buck, it's pretty economical for what it is. And listen, I would definitely recommend it, especially if you don't like the taste of the other nutritional drinks. It also provides a ton of vitamins, which is good. you could replace meals with this, which is what it's intended for.

Combine this product with 3 scoops Ensure Nutrivigor with 1 scoop ( the scoop is in this can) BioTeCUSA (B) chocolate flavour. 4,5, or six hours before cardio vascular workout...Heat this mixture if you want to separate curds and Whey. Energy levels are noticeable enhanced . I am 55 yr old and serious about cardio-vascular exercise. At this age, nothing is more important than, Nutrition and Warm up. I Believe that the food we now eat has little or no nutritional value. GM i expect. My routine is 40 min warm up ( Run or Exercise Bike) then 3x40 burpees with wide and short arm press inbetween (4x 30 meter runs,) Circuit Training.. Just Remember that at this age Pain is a conclusion that can be negotiated by tailored warm ups and the right diet...

I bought it for my 82 year old mother because she was underweight. Results visible within two weeks. She gained weight as well as vigour and vitality. It’s a bit pricey the reason I can’t buy it often.

I love this energy drink. Taste good. Very nutritious. Not bad for the price.

Product had no measuring scoop inside. A bit disappointed as don't know the measurement amount. Otherwise great product.
