Firstly, this is not big enough for two chickens - it’s false advertising, it’s now even considered big enough for one chicken by the rescue centres.Secondly, the customer service at imperial is non existent. I spoke to them about changing my order to another item and they said that was fine, cancel the order and order again. I done this and they sent the first order I cancelled then refused to send the next one. They have now reported my amazon account because I complained about them, they are saying I’m fraudulent for cancelling one order and ordering another.They are refusing to collect the item they sent after cancellation, despite being a wheelchair use and completely unable to “take it to the post office”The coop itself is very low quality and photos are deceiving, it’s really tiny! You want 1m square indoors for three chickens and the same outside at a minimum.I would not recommend this company to anyone, unless they want to be scammed out of money! You have been warned!

Just disappointed with it. Full stop. Not even big enough for two chickens.

It is not fit for purpose. 4 small birds don’t have enough space in the coop.The size of the coop in the picture is deceiving.I tried to cancel the order within 3hrs of purchase at late evening and they emailed to say the item was shipped and they didn’t read my email because of bank holiday. Really?
