Works really good. Great steam. Just when it’s in the cradle it does not steam. I don’t think it says that in the instructions you have to take off the cradle for it to steam. Other then that works great

I don’t write reviews very often, but I thought this was worthy of one. I used to have the older model and I went through two of them. They were amazing. When my last one broke, I chose to try another brand, which I deeply regretted, so I purchased this newer model of the conair. I hoped it would at least live up to the same standards as the prior model. Fortunately, it exceeded my expectations. I love the new features with this model. It has a bar to clip your clothes that extends out words, which is a nice touch. Also, when you place the handheld device back on the resting spot, it stops the steam automatically. This is a very powerful machine. I purchased it just a few days before my sons wedding. The entire wedding party used it. The gentleman used it to steam their shirts and freshen up there suits and all the ladies used it to eliminate any wrinkles out of their dresses. Everyone told me how amazing this machine was. I would definitely recommend this steamer.

So the pros first. -Does the job perfectly before today. Powerful steam and rids all wrinkles my clothing can muster. Cons: -The attachment parts for the head have manufacturing errors that don't fit and attach to the steamers head. So they are totally useless. No big deal because I don't really need them. -The steamer head developed a rust looking dirt on the steam vent, about two weeks into owning it. Did not develop further and did not interfere with function. -Almost a full year now and the rust looking thing spread like crazy in the past 4 days. Today I turned it on and it started to release a rust color fluid from the steaming vents onto my clothing. I have another conair steamer that is full of calcium build up and that one still functions 100% without any issues despite the build up. It is over 8 years old. Was expecting at least 5 years out of this one for the price it cost me. Now I am looking to see what is happening and how to fix it. I want to retire the old one already but I need a trust worthy replacement. If I am forced to replace this newer one I can't say I trust Conair anymore and will look for another brand and risk it. Without knowing what the rust color abnormalities are, I can't say I recommend this product at all. Bought 09/29/2021 it is now 02/21/2023 and the steamer died. After coughing up the rust looking thing everyday since it started I managed to use it avoiding staining my clothing. Until now, preparing my clothing for work it just, didn't work. Didn't want to steam. I am now switching to an old Conair steamer that looks like it came from some apocalyptic movie, the thing is decades old, that still works. Sad, they don't make them like they use to.

I bought this product because my sister had the previous edition of this steamer. I think I prefer hers better because the previous edition had a better stream of steam. This version sputters water when the hose is not fully extended, which is difficult when you are bending down or steaming the bottom of an outfit. I’ve had this for about a year now and at the start it worked great but now I definitely see problems.

This is the upright version of the highly reviewed and regarded handheld turbo extreme. My recommendation to ConAir would be: Make the steamer head lighter, attachment parts stronger and the clip on the steamer head more rigid. Otherwise i do alot of steamer after a full week of work. I can steam 6 dress shirts, suits and few pair of dress pants in 20 minutes. Saves a ton of money by not going to dry cleaners. Also clean distilled water vapors seem more healthy! Bonus point - it does not leak and the water container does not pool water nor leeks. Overall a great upright steamer

I’ve owned several steamers over the years and usually went for cheaper models. I finally decided to spend a little more for a quality unit in hopes of unit longevity since we use the steamer everyday. This model outclasses the other cheaper models, by far. It steams very well, doesn’t stop steaming if you try to steam lower than half way down the stand, and the base is heavy enough not to fall over when you pull a shirt sleeve to steam it. The steam head is a little heavier than the other models, but does a much better job and has a hi, low, and off option on the head. The unit stops steaming when you hang the head in its holder. We love this thing, and I think you will too.

It has pretty much replaced my iron, great quality , heats up fast produces a sufficient amount of steam for the task, T’shirts, pull overs, anything that can be ironed, can be steamed and is easier on the fabric. It’s easy to move around while you are using it. It will get the wrinkles out if any fabric without damaging the fabric. For the cost and functionality I would definitely but again.

Llego en tiempo y sin ningún problema al usarla. El vapor es suficiente y se calienta ta súper rápido. Contenta con mi compra

Tuve que devolverla porque no funcionó, hacía un ruido muy fuerte y no sacaba vapor solo se calentaba la parte de la plancha donde saca el vapor pero no jalaba el agua del envase, seguí las instrucciones pero salió defectuosa :( buscaré otro modelo, modelos anteriores si funcionan bien, este modelo no me encantó.

No cumple con mis expectativas, no plancha telas de algodón, ni las de lino, pesa mucho el cabezal.

Muy mal producto llegó en tiempo ,lamentablemente era para un obsequio y cuando la pusieron en funcionamiento no sirvió para nada ósea venia descompuesta porque no prende estaba inservible con todo y el manual nunca lograron poner la en función desgraciadamente ya no pude reclamar la garantía pues ya había pasado el tiempo para hacer la devolución no la compren .
