Awesome book to help with anxiety in our kids
I started using this workbook twice a week with my 8 year old. As an educator, I think the short discussion and assignments are so vital to help our kids these days. I definitely recommend this line of books to help your kiddos!

Help with middle school transition
My daughter went from 5th grade elementary school to 6th grade middle school. She had an extremely difficult time. This booked helped open my eyes to anxieties she was feeling as well as the part I played in enabling these feelings. I gave it a four because some exercises were great but didn’t give you a follow up or advice on what to do next. We are following this book with professional help as well

Buy It!
This book is perfect for my 9 yo who was diagnosed with ADHD. It teaches her valieable terms and info about her condition. And it has empowered her as a person. She begs me to read it with her. My 6 yo (who does not have adhd) also asks to read along with us, so she can understand the diagnosis, and her sister, even better. It’s been good for the entire family and I would definitely recommend!

Wow!
Used with students during the Pandemic, those with special needs and/or trauma. Kids love the format and lessons. Untrained adults will gain confidence and skill by following the format. Elementary students, 1st-4th grade. Nonreaders followed along and we devised art or craft projects to support most lessons.

Great tool to work on anxiety
As a clinician I have been able to utilize this book with my clients. During the process, they got excited to talk about their superpowers (coping skills) and were open to talk about how they feel. It’s a great way to connect with children and build their confidence. As a mother, I was able to use this with my own child. He was eager to learn and open to want to work on his anxiety.
