Do Not Buy!! I read the reviews and thought i could live with the extremely poor battery life that everyone mentions, but it's just as bad as they say or even worse. When the phone hits 10% battery, which happens fast, it dies within minutes. Even if you turn the screen off and put it in your pocket. But even worse is all the other problems! Even after a software update, the software is ancient and has glitches/problems everywhere. Many times while navigating with google maps, the software will glitch where you cannot use the back or home button which means if you were full screen for navigation, which I usually am, you cannot multi-task or even back out of the app when you arrive at your destination! I had to shut down the phone and reboot several times because of this. Other times the phone would just randomly lose the ability to zoom in or out with your fingers. Whether using a map, looking at pictures, websites, etc, the phone just "forgot" how to recognize two-finger zoom in and zoom out capability. Across all apps. Yet, had no issue swiping up, down, left or right, it wasn't a phone cleanliness issue or anything. Lastly it just started doing weird stuff, like if i pull up contacts and choose one name, it loads a different one. If i pick this option it does that. It just has a mind of its own and is frustrating. The battery life issue was immediate, but these other issues didn't start for a month or two, and I'm SO glad I kept the box and everything, today was the last day of the return window and I was able to return it. I would put up with a lot to not have to return a phone, it's a hassle, make sure all your stuff is on the SD card, factory reset, get your old cracked phone up and going again, yada yada, but this garbage phone was absolutely getting returned, no questions asked. GARBAGE!

I have thoroughly enjoyed the Samsung s20fe phones , grandkids have them now , very durable and work well .

Came with cracked glass

I love Samsung phones in general and this one was no different. Very responsive screen, good camera, and all the bells and whistles I associate with Samsung. There's all the hand and finger gestures you can want and I love the little quick tab available. I love that I can individualize my application and notification sounds. I can multiscreen easily and there's even an option to turn on multiscreen for apps that generally don't have that feature. I don't know how scratch resistant the screen is because I always have a protective screen over it but I have to say I drop my phone a lot and have gone through many screens and have never found a scratch on the screen underneath even though I wait until the protection screen is disintegrating before I change it. It's a very slim and lightweight phone. I've never had any connectivity issues and for all I get, I really feel like it's a really great deal.

Just purchased this phone Nov 25 because my Samsung S10E was on her last leg after 7 yrs of usage she was a winner until the Samsung S20Fe came tumbling along I absolutely love this phone its user friendly, arrived in excellent condition kudos to the past owner thank you. I purchased the protection plan, screen protector, phone case and had no issues transferring information so now we are ready to rock & roll. I ordered this phone as an affordable option to replace my other android. Always loved Samsung and was happy with the price. I ordered the phone in excellent condition and while there's are no cracks or chips it is far from excellent. The phone isn't always fast like you'd expect from a refurbished model but it works and I'm happy with it. It does get hot though. I know this can happen with a lot of use but I don't use mine much and it can feel like it is overheating while just sitting idle. Overall the phone is fine for the price and am happy with it. What I am unhappy about is the customer service. When you receive the box there is a postcard with instructions should you run into issues while setting the phone up. I started the set up process and the phone died. I shrugged it off and understood it may arrive with a dead battery. I plugged it into the included charger and let it be. 2 hours go by and I check on it and no charge. I move the plug to another outlet and charge for an hour. Still no charge on the phone. I borrow a charger from my son and his charger worked immediately to charge the phone. Perfect I got a decent phone and bad charger. No problem on the post card it mentioned to reach out for a new one incase the charger doesn't work. It also says to reach out about a problem before leaving negative feedback. This is where the problems start. I iniate a message and I go days without a response. I reach out again and this time they respond. I give them the information they requested and again no response. I reach back out and a week later to inform them I'm going to leave my fair and honest review including the part about the charger. I then get responses it's been sent, I say perfect, 5 days later ask again. I'm told it's been delivered. It hadn't been delivered though. I'm then told check your mail tomorrow, still not there. I ask for tracking and get silence. Inform them I use USPS informed delivery and no package or envelope from them has been recorded coming to my address. At this point they are just ignoring me. I got a new charger, I don't need there's but this is about principle. They ask for you to give them a chance and I was more than patient for month. They lie and tell you whatever to not leave a review. I feel lucky I got a decent phone because I don't even want to know how they'd handle that. Under no circumstance would I buy anything from Bayshine Trading ever again. They are dishonest and don't care about making things right. Purchase with caution.
