Some may call me a crazy cat lady; I prefer "Animal Lover". One thing I DON'T love is cleaning out cat boxes...then I found the Tidy Cats® Breeze® Litter System. I LOVE it...it is SO MUCH EASIER than regular litter; and I don't have to worry about toxicity that some of the newfangled "light as air" litters may cause in some cats. It is SO easy to just scoop the poop & change the pads when needed...but then...BREEZE® PAD STICKER SHOCK! I couldn't believe how expensive they are. Sure, they work great; but I don't want to take out a second mortgage to buy them! So, I did what most Breeze® Litter System owners do....I tried the generics. None really fit the tray. The ones that did, didn't last anywhere near as long as Breeze® pads do...& Lord help me if I forgot to change them...Trying to wrangle an inch of sloshing, unabsorbed cat urine is NOT pleasant!Instead of giving up, I decided to try & make a reasonably priced, QUALITY, alternative to the Original Breeze® Pads. Not easy! Factory after factory wanted to make the same old run of the mill product that the other generics use. NOT GOOD ENOUGH! HIGH QUALITY was my mantra. I kept repeating it, looking for a factory who would break that old mold & make me an exceptional product. I had to become an expert in Super Absorbent Polymers. When they said it couldn't be done; I said do it anyway...MY way. After MANY samples, MUCH testing, & MANY battles, I finally got what I worked so hard for...a pad that can stand up to the Original Breeze® Pads, for a price that won't leave you flat broke!
