Love the chips, especially the minis. With any microchip, you need to watch for migration- I've had it happen with almost every brand. This brand is no worse than any other. The cost is reasonable, especially with free registration sites available all over.I DON'T support purchasing this chip because it is not ISO. The US needs to grow up and get with the worldwide program. Using a non-ISO chip means more scanners might not be able to read the chip number. Go with the Pro ID, regular or mini, as you like, but get the ISO chips.

these chips MIGRATE. I am a retired veterinarian and bought these instead of the AVID chips as being available in smaller quantity. within a few months they have migrated in 7 dogs to over the ribs - halfway down the back - clear up to the skull. if your pet is lost most animal control officers will not scan the entire body, making these chips useless.
