If you have decent testosterone your free testosterone is probably low stinging nettle will free up you total testosterone.

I've only read good things about the health benefits offered by the stinging nettle plant (except for actually touching it's prickly leaves). I selected this product for review because one of it's many benefits is decreased swelling and increased urination. Hubs is at that stage of life where it can get difficult for men to urinate freely due to an enlarged prostate gland. He's been taking the stinging nettle capsules daily for little over a week so it's probably too soon to tell if it is helping or not. At least he hasn't been complaining of low flow lately. It also hasn't upset his stomach or shown any negative side effects.

I take stinging nettle to help with my seasonal allergies. This brand works as well as others I have used but I really like that this one is organic. It also helps with cardio vascular health and I like that since I am fairly active with strength training and cardio. Stinging nettle along with quercetin and NAC are my "go to" for seasonal allergies and cardio vascular health.

Definitely disappointed as this is a $20 bottle of nettles. Check return policy before purchasing.

Product is difficult to swallow and I frequenting end up chewing it to avoid having it cause a choking event. The taste of the product is strong. Nice that it is USDA Organic and it has increased my testosterone level as my free testosternone level was very high. I feel more energetic while taking the product as well. I take 1 tablet twice a day. May benefit from crushing tablet with a pill crusher and then adding it to pudding or yogurt to avoid swallowing issues.

I normally take stinging nettle as a tea, but this is so much easier. This is nature's strongest anti-histamine and it really does work so fast. My mom was having an itching episode and I gave her one of these. Itching was 95% gone in about 10 minutes. It is strong and works fast! Highly recommend!
