Good value. Stays cold longer than other brands.
I have purchased several ice packs for my occipital neuralgia and migraines. I like this one the best. It fits nicely around my head with the adjustable velcro. The ice packs are thick and stay cold longer than the other head ice packs I have purchased.They are long enough to cover both my upper neck and head. It’s comfortable to wear both around the house and while sleeping. The only thing that could be improved is the foam piece under the velcro did fall apart after repeated use.

Don’t know how I managed my migraines before buying this
Where has this product been all my life??? I get migraines sometimes for days and this ice head wrap has been a savior many of times. I like how cold the ice packs get yet you don’t feel the iciness of them only the cold…if that makes sense. It also helps that it has a wide band of Velcro for adjusting which I find helpful bc sometimes i need it to be as tight as I can get it. You can position it almost anywhere on your head which is great I have even slid it down to my neck when it’s giving me a fit. Would like be to purchase a second set of ice packs to have on hand to switch out with the thawed ones. Don’t hesitate buy this product you will not be disappointed!!

I wish I had this sooner!
I haven't always had migraines, but when they started, I would take the meds and go hide in the dark, this is amazing I love how big the ice/heat packs are and they go around most of my head, the wrap is adjustable and very soft. I've learned I can use it on different of my body as well not just my head. I really like that it doesn't fall off or slide around.I have recommended to others and I would definitely recommend to others who are in a similarsituation, it's a complete black out!

Works decent
This does work well for a short amount of time. For the heated portion, it really does not hold a heat for a long amount of time. I get a good 5-10 minutes before the warmth starts to fade. I do typically like my heat super hot and on for a good 25 minutes, but this just isn't that.
