MediSpor XL Kinesiology Tape for Sport and Therapy Use, 2" x 20' (Pink), Includes Free Taping Guide

I am new to using kinesiology tape, I've seen it in use and heard good things, but personally have never had to use it.... until recently. I was very happy that this tape was affordable and had more in length and competitors, the more for my dollar was a huge plus. But, the nice touch of my purchase was the friendly service the company provided, sending my ebook of how to use the tape, openness to feedback if I was or wasn't happy with their product. I can certainly say the in the times to come I'll select this product and this company for my physical therapy needs.

I'd love to do 5 stars because the tape really worked and it stayed on lil over 3 days and came off in sections but it took skin with it and I followed instructions.

I am surprised! I have osteoarthritis in my right knee. The doctor told me to get ready for knee replacedment. I'd heard about taping, but hadn't tried it. I'm very pleasantly surprised that the full knee taping helped! I was able to work out and walk without much pain and it felt stable. I wish I had know about this earlier!

ordered pink but got blue. Not sure who messed that up but only 3 stars given.

Good tape. Strong and doesn't leave goopy glue residue when taken off. I didn't feel like it provided great support but not less then other I tried

It is not water resistant as advertised. Came off in the shower a few seconds after contact with water. It did not include the instruction booklet it advertised it would. The colour however is as expected.

Excellent product! Will purchase again if needed. Timely delivery and informative material comes with product.

Good stuff. Used it for my knees. Helps with support and the pain.
