Magnifier with light
I like that I can use both hands to work on my Diamond Art and don’t have to hold a small magnifying glass all the time. Plus I have a built in light.

Great lamp
I love this lamp for the most part. The heavy base allows me to use the magnifying glass very low without tipping. The light is really helpful when working on details and the ports are convenient. I like the sliding door over the ports so nothing gets into them when not in use. This has been a game changer with my clay projects. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the neck is not as flexible as advertised. It goes up and down well but angeling it is difficult and it definitely doesn't go 360 degrees. Otherwise it is great.

Game changer
This is a game changer for my miniatures painting! The magnifier and built in light make doing detail work so much for easier.

Crochet projects!
I love this lamp. I can continue to work on my micro/mini tiny crochet projects after dark, along with any WIPs using black yarn/thread! It's just all around great. I love that it's rechargeable and I can still crochet of the power goes out due to a storm!

No on/off override switch
I really liked almost everything about this. Battery powered, bright light, can use it to charge your phonqe, weighted base, but the button you use to turn the light on/off and choose how bright you want it is in the worst spot possible. Every single time I went to move it, that button got pressed. This wouldn't be a huge deal if there was another switch somewhere that you could use to completely turn the lamp off, whether the button is touched or not, but I didn't see anything that did that. I have other similar battery powered lights without the magnifying feature that have this override switch, and it seems like an oversight for what is a great product otherwise. I ended up returning it and going with another option that has to be plugged in. If this is something you plan to leave on your desk and you don't need to frequently move where the light is pointing, this would probably work great for you, but if it's something you'll need to move often, I wouldn't recommend it.
