It’s a good product so far. I’ve had it for a few days. It does make you sweat however, if you’re a thick person it can be difficult to get on. I’m 5’9 265. The 3 XL fit but pulling it over my shoulders was a major hassle. Stepping into it works better for me. It gives me trouble around my ass and thighs but it get pass.. also it may help to have some help you pull it all the way up in the back. Overall I like it

Just slide it up to your waist. Sweat a lot and easy to slide down. I love mine. Be sure and measure your waist. My waist is 42” and I ordered an 3X. Fits perfect.
