I love thesethey’re super comfy in my opinion which i didn't expect really and look amazing just like the pictures. They do have a slight chemical smell but i expected it with them being new shoes, the buckles do seem a little cheaply made but if they break its an easy fix with sewing. I wear a size 7/7 and a half but i got a size 8 to be safe and they were perfect so i do suggest maybe going a size up. One thing that caught me off guard is how sturdy the platform seems, i bought some other platform boots awhile ago and seem people have the same problem with the platform coming off the shoe so i expected these to probably have the same problem. I was really upset when this happened to my boots but little tip for anyone who has this problem use gorilla glue i used a clear gorilla glue and glued them back together and they’re just fine now. The straps aren't "real". They are held in place by snaps. While I was initially like... Hey that's easier to put on. They popped open all night. Imagine me crossing the street in LA to get to the club and one of the straps falling off completely and my guy having to run back and get it. Way more comfortable than heels. But clunky because you have to walk carefully all night so that the snap doesn't come undone.

Wore these to a convention and fashion show, so I had to walk in them for many hours, for multiple days in a row. I am in my 40s, and my feet get sore & tired very easily, so I added extra cushioned insoles, as well as compression arch support, but I was truly surprised at how well I handled them. The fit was perfect, they are true to size, they're very easy to walk in (typically, anything with height or a heel will land me on my face - I have the chin stitches to prove it, but I had no issues with these). One funny thing about these shoes is I had originally ordered them from Walmart in an 8.5 (they were sold out of size 8) before finding them on Amazon. When the Walmart shoes arrived, they were too small and extremely uncomfortable. Also, the hearts were shaped like triangles. I was worried about the Amazon shoes arriving, knowing they were a half size smaller. But when they arrived, I was surprised to find that they were much higher quality than the Walmart pair and looked like the photos (the heart is a heart!) and they fit perfectly! As someone who previously walked around these conventions in Hokas (walking tennis shoes) and a pretty dress, it was a big deal for me to give shoes like these a try and I'm so glad that I chose the right pair for the job! I love them!

These shoes are very cute, you get a lot of compliments, and they're about 3 inches tall. I wear a lot of platforms from 1 inch to 6 inches tall, and these are fairly easy to walk in. I loved these but on the first day I wore them they began to rip. The back of the shoe is separated from the sole. The first day I received them they smelled like shoe glue, and they didn't come in a box. The smell of shoe glue goes away in about a day, they just need to air out. They don't hold up if you're planning on wearing them for hours at a time, maybe just a quick event or something. The metal pieces that hold the holes open tend to open in the inside and cut me, it's not very bad but it does hurt. If you're planning on buying these make sure to order a size up, as they do run a bit small. Also wear thick socks with them because the metal bits will cut you if you don't.

Our daughter looked great in these shoes, they really are beautiful. "BUT,they are built with one fatal flaw!" The material that is used to connect the strap to the shoe instead of that elastic material was a stiff and brittle material that ripped upon our daughters first time wearing. We had to cut our evening short and go buy her another pair of shoes to wear...

My granddaughter had been asking for a pair of these shoes. So I got them for her for her birthday. The shoes came shipped in their original shoe box. But that was the only disappointment with the shoes. They were true to size great quality. The straps and buckles are not flimsy. I would say a mid quality. They are comfortable. And she is very very happy with her shoes. I just truly wish they would have been shipped in another box to hide what the shipment was.

The media could not be loaded. The shoe is a bit big on me which makes it a little difficult to walk and might wear it down faster that usual. Haven't worn them out yet so can't say how durable they are. They are super lightweight like feels like wearing flats, light. Which may not be a good thing for sturdiness. That had a strong plastic smell but it clears up quickly and didn't smell that bad to me. The only thing I don't like is that they didn't have any insoles/ lining. You'll have to wear socks or add your own of you want padding, support, breathability, etc. Not even a little fabric to separate your feet from the inside. I'll probably be wearing with socks or tights but I'll worry about not having enough grip an falling out of them.
