Works as Described
The included tools are a benefit. As always, you should watch a tear down video for your laptop before attempting to open it.The system recognized the battery and says I have a nice 8+ hours of battery life running Xubuntu 22.04. Can't complain about that.

Battery works, fit does not, mousepad no longer working (edit:fixed?)
My adventure with this battery: The Aspire S13 is mfg 2016, time for new battery, this one fits nice, slightly higher capacity nice, I close the back of the case and mouse buttons are held down, oops. I noticed the two black tabs for alignment on the battery aren't there but it doesn't seem like it should matter, so I take it out and try closing it up again, same problem. I try the old battery, install and close, mousepad works nice and clicky. I install this thing 3rd time and still same broken mousepad (the battery sits under where the mousepad would be). I'm not sure what's wrong with this product, it's otherwise the same size as the acer battery, but it has two missing black tabs and the mousepad won't work with it. If it fit, would be a good review! Hopefully I can find another working brand - I ordered 4 months before trying the install so I probably can't return itEdit: Looked around and maybe some other sellers have a proper tabbed battery but didn't want to rebuy the same thing for two little tabs. Tried cutting up an insurance card and drilling holes in it so that it could have psuedo-tabs on each side and for now the mousepad is working again! It took a while to do it though I'm slow and it's just kind of wedged plastic internally to fix it, IDK if you'd have better experience with other seller, but if you get this kind prepare to have some kind of plastic you can drill and cut so the battery is forced off the mousepad
