When I had a chance to review the FLEXXGYM Total Resistance Workout I jumped on it. This kit has everything you need to get a total workout. This is a elastic rubber band kit that you use as work out equipment with some help from the doors in your house. This kit comes with eight latex bands of various poundage. There are so many uses for the bands. I like using them for stretching in the morning. You never know what your day is going to hold for you. You also get the Flexxgym Total Resistance Training Exclusive DVD that shows you the most common exercises.Pros of the Flexxgym Kit1. You get everything you need in one kit2. NoneOverall this kit has it all. You get eight total bands 3lb 5lb 10lb 20lb 30lb 40lb and two 50lb bands. I had a similar kit but it only came with 3 bands and no door anchor or DVD and not this well made. The look of this kit with the material used and how well it was made can be use in a commercial gym as you can see in the pictures. So this was a nice upgrade for me. Also The similar one I received was a gift and I loved it so This would make a great gift for anyone any age. I received this product extremely fast and was pleased with how the product was packaged. It does come in a carrying case which is great for on the go and because all of the bands are of course bendable you can put them all in at once. The kit comes with all bands listed, handles for bands and ankle straps to use with bands for leg exercises. The kit also comes with an instructional DVD and booklet, however I did not use them because I have knowledge of band exercises already.On close inspection the bands are made extremely well and show no signs of a cheap products. I used them multiple times, both using the ankle straps and and handles for arms and felt comfortable working with them. The resistance of the bands felt great. I wanted a new set because I recently dislocated my shoulder and this set offered many resistant bands for training and range of motion exercises.Lastly, This kit may not be actually weights but for a home kit, this product was perfect to perform exercises that felt as if I was actually working with weights. You can easily take this anywhere with you for travel and all you need a door to place it on and that can shut. I would most definitely purchase this product again no only as rehabilitation tools but also as a weight kit at home that can be put away easily and taken with you on vacation or any other travel spot. I did receive this product at a discount for my unbiased opinion and I my opinion is that of other resistant bands I have used, this set is made extremely well and works perfectly.

I really need to exercise and I find that I just don't have enough discipline to join the gym. I thought that working out at home would not be only more comfortable but easier so I purchased the Flexgym resistance band workout. I found this to be a complete set. I LOVE that you get an actual workout DVD as well as a booklet with how to use the bands for different areas. I hate when items only have ebooks. I prefer to have the book in my hand. This set includes 8 bands for 208lbs total. It also includes handles and door anchors. All of the componets fit into a nice case, so there is no loss. My boyfriend and I have not completed the workout video as of yet, however it is nice that this is something that we can do together for motivation. We are trying to focus on certain areas and the included book guides helps us do that. Although it isn't that bad I do hope that the rubber smell from the bands disappears over time.This item was purchased at a discount for an unbiased review.
