Yummy gummies that are good for you!!
These are so great! I have a hard time swallowing most supplements because they are just too big. I haven't been able to find an Omega gummy that I'm happy with until now.This one tastes great in citrus flavored gummies, so it's easy for me to take. I love that it comes from Chia seeds and is completely plant based. I don't feel as safe as I used to with the fish oils because of all the toxins that have been found. This is the perfect solution! This also contains 50% of your daily vitamin C.Even doctors, who tend not to recommend very many supplements, are recommending this one. My doctor recommended that I take it to help control high cholesterol and lower triglycerides. Research shows that this supplement promotes joint, brain, lung, and heart function. It can boost the effects of anti-inflammatories and antidepressants. It's just so helpful in so many ways!!Seals on the container show the product to be Recyclable and Made in America. They have an expiration date of 08/2017, well into the future so I'll be sure to be able to take before they expire. Vitamins can be fun for grown ups too
Okay, my husband has about 5 bottles of vitamins sitting in our bathroom that he doesn't take. He's tried them once and won't touch them again. These vitamins, he has been taking 8 days in a row. That's is unprecedented in our home and I think that it is largely attributed to the flavor of these vitamins and the fact that they are gummies.I'm not going lie, if they weren't gummies and didn't taste like candies, they would join the ranks of the other multivitamins gathering dust. The gummies come in three flavors,strawberry, orange and cherry. In the bottle that I have, there are an abundance of orange. The texture of the gummies is pleasant in the fact that they dissolve rather quickly in your mouth so it's not really that big of a deal that they get stuck in your teeth for a little bit, it's truly only for a moment.Each multivitamin serving (2 gummies once a day) has a third more than the recommended daily value of biotin and vitamin E. I wish it had a bit more zinc but, other than that, it is a very good complete multivitamin.I think that any man that has difficulty keeping up with a multivitamin should at least try these.If nothing at all, it will make taking your vitamins a bit more interesting and tasty. I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
