I just received this item yesterday and so far it has delivered what was promised. I always have issues with my pain at the base of my skull. This helped tremendously last night. I only gave it a 4 as I haven't had it long enough to give a completely honest review. I gave a 3 on the timer as I feel it could last a nit longer, but could just be me.

I’m naturally a skeptic but during the first week of use, I felt like it was helping with wrist pain. I thought it could just be a placebo effect. After daily use for a few weeks now, I don’t feel it is helping as much as it did the very first week. But it is definitely worth a try because it does seem to work wonders for some people.Edit 8/10/21: I was contacted by customer support. They stand by their product and offer great service to try and fix any concerns you have. I am increasing my review to 5 stars because they seem like a good company to purchase your product from if you are looking for an infrared light therapy device.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a solidly built flashlight that delivers a bright red beam. However, it can be a pain in the butt holding it on/over a single spot for 5 minutes at a time. Because of this inconvenience, I'm not sure it can be usable over the long term.

I was experiencing "trigger finger." I work online, sew, crochet constantly. I wanted to avoid surgery if possible. I did some research and came across red light therapy. Figured it was worth the try. I use the light on top and below the joint and after 2 days, applying for 5-minute intervals a couple of times a day, no more having to straighten out my finger with my other hand. The pain is there but my finger is not locking. I am definitely going to continue using this: had to charge my battery yesterday.Thank you! Hopefully, I will avoid surgery.Sue Bullock McKenzie

The two halves screw together with thin threading that could easily get ruined leaving you unable to close it and it not working. The charger barely works. Hopefully this isn't a sign of quality. I don't know if the light is in the correct range.

It takes time to get relief from light therapy. Can't rate the pain relief as I've only been using it for a week. Should work as a similar frequency light has done a lot for me in the past.

Didn't hink it would do anything..but I believe it does..5 minutes..2-3 times a day on me..same for my pup
