Very hot works great
If you leave on for to long it will burn your skin. If you take a bath with the patch on it will get very very hot . Hot boiling water hot

The product works well but beware do not apply it on your skin for more than a day. The skin may "burn".

These get incredibly hot. Do not cover with anything. There is a reason there are small holes throughout the patch. I had to remove after 30 minutes because it was really hot and uncomfortable. Skin was red and tingly for a while after I removed the patch. Not for me. I gave the rest away.
