Great case to weatherproof lock
Got this case when I purchased the lock. Requires a little maneuvering to get on since it's silicone and a tight fit but it keeps the water out when it rains and keeping dust out when it doesn't rain. Very good product.

Not worth it
I ordered this lock. Worked great for about two weeks. Then I had to replace the battery. Then it worked again for about two weeks and again stopped working. Had to cut it off. Notified the Igloohome on May 4th 2023 and still have not received a new lock. What is going on with this company. I had to call and email them in order to get any response. Also purchase the Asurion protection plan. No luckgetting in touch with them either. Will NOT buy again. Buyer beware. As of 5/25/23 still have received a new lock and their customer service is HORRIBLE

Failed. Twice.
I bought two of these for the pool gates at my AirBNB. Genius idea . . . if it worked.The first one failed within a few weeks. It took me three weeks of pleading with "customer service" to get my money refunded. I was led to understand that it must have been a user error, but eventually, they refunded my money. I still had the second lock, so I put it to use, only to have the same thing happen within a month. I'm not going to bother trying to get my money back since I don't have the time to plead with the company. Instead, I'm leaving reviews everywhere I can to warn others. This isn't weatherproof and doesn't work as advertised.I had to have my contractor cut the lock of the fence . . . twice . . . leaving the pool inaccessible to my guests for several days.The concept is excellent, and if someone can make a lock like this that works, there's a market for it. It's not Igloohome, and it's not this lock. Save your money.

do not get this lock if it is going outdoors in any way, had this lock on a car park barrier good when nice and sunny the moment it started to rained it stopped working so had to cut it off

Die Kappen gehen immer wieder ab und verschieben sich. Es nervt sie jedesmal zu richten, besonders wenn man es eilig hat. Man erkennt die Nummern deutlich schlechter bei der manuellen Eingabe.
