Easy pill to take.

I started taking this for joint discomfort. I found that it's helps more for acid reflex more than joint pain. However, when I did stop taking for a while I could tell a difference in my joints. I like the soft gel caps they are easy to swallow. I would keep them in a cool area. I left them in my car on a fairly warm day, meaning to take them in to work with me and they did melt some. I can say that yellow color is hard to get out of clothing and towels.
