For months now, odors have been lingering in my house for days after I cook. I tried many things (coffee ground, vinegar, deodorizers, bleach, open windows, etc) and nothing has seemed to work. I dont know what these little bags are doing, but I think I have to buy more! I'll put one in my closet and one in my car. The only thing that I know is that my kitchen has a very fresh smell. No more funk!

Stink be gone!
My walk in closet that my husband and I share was stinking from the shoes. I boxed as many as I could, but the smell was awful. Tired of covering the odor with floral sprays. Found these on Amazon and I am thrilled! After 2 days of hanging both bags, my closet is smelling--not at all! Oh I am so HAPPY!. Haven't had them long enough to rejuvenate them in the sun for an hour, but even if it doesn't work, I would buy these again in a minute!

Didn’t seem to absorb odors
I liked that the charcoal will be good for my garden. I havent really noticed that it absorbed any oders. I am tiling the bathroom and hoped for a reduction in the smell from the off gassing tile adhesive. The open window does more.

Great Way to Freshen Stuffy Room
I have a very small bedroom, not much larger than the 90 square feet these charcoal bags are supposed to cover. And for most of the year the room is extremely stuffy — and filled with stinky shoes. I keep my shoes in an open shoe rack in the room, not the closet. The room is closed up all winter because of the weather (I live in the Northeastern US — it gets cold and snowy!) and this summer, especially, the windows are closed because of the room air conditioner.I hung one of the charcoal bags above the shoe rack and it took about two days before I noticed a difference but I have definitely noticed one. It’s not like my room suddenly smelled like a fresh mown lawn or anything like that, it smells less stuffy. I love the design of the bag — it has a huge grommet in one corner that makes it very convenient to hang.Before I used the charcoal bag I contacted the company and asked about the fact that I have a wax melt that I generally will use if I’m in my room during “non-sleeping” hours and an essential oil diffuser/humidifier that I use every night along with my cpap machine. I was told that the bag will absorb any powerful scent, including the wax or essential oil. They also recommended putting the bag closer to my shoes and reminded me to “reset” the bags by putting it out in the sun for up to an hour. By resetting it, your bags can last up to two years.Which brings me to something I must mention. I contacted the company via email several times about several different issues. Every response was in less than 24 hours. As I wrote on the seller page but I think is important enough to repeat — they were prompt, pleasant, positive.I did receive the product at no cost in exchange for my honest opinion.
