I bought this to tone up my stomach. I've gained 20 lbs since the start of menopause (mostly in thighs, butt and belly), so I'm using this in hopes to trim back down. I bought a small. I'm 5'4 1/2 and weight 150 lbs. It has 3 sets of latches to tighten it and I have it on the tightest setting, with no problems. I have an extremely sensitive stomach (due to bowel problems and acid reflux), so anything tight on my stomach, usually bothers me. I've been wearing this for 10 hours today and I'm doing fine. I originally tried just a stomach wrap from a different seller and it made my stomach sick every time i tried it. So I was glad this doesn't do that. BUT, it takes a minute to undo all the latches. So, if you have any type of incontinence, I would use a feminine product also. Hope this helps someone. I'll try to update after a few weeks or month, if it'll let me. Best of luck.

This protect is not like other sauna suits I've used. This had lots of stretch. I ordered a large and normally wear and x-large and I could have ordered an medium because its loose on my belly and super stretchy for my bottom. Its comfy enough except the part that sits on the belly you can feel the strip with the metal clips a little. It rubs on you.

I have a waist size 32 and hips 43. Was not sure what size to get due to the sizes, so I went with a large. It fits just right, is a little snug around my hips and thighs, and a little loose on the waist (I hook it up on the very last row). Now when it comes to sweating at first I thought I was not sweating, but then I took it off, and WOW. Definitely will be continuing to use it for cardio day the most and maybe around the house!

These shorts were the most god awful stinkiest thing in this world. I opened the package and the fishy odor filled my office. My husband was down the hall and come in to say “what the hell is that smell!?! It smells like a 2 dollar hooker on a busy night. I will be returning ASAP.

Fits well, and makes you sweat but unhappy with the fishy smell. Even after washing, the smell lingers.

I really like these shorts and I would purchase more of them. I measured 28 inches, so I got A medium. There high waisted but they fit good. I adjust them to the first row. They are very soft, stretchy and comfortable. I have wore them around the house and when working out. And I have sweat more than I ever have. Especially when doing things like working out or housework. When taking them off, it feels about like A wet suit. They are very contouring and shapely too. They are A great value and I would recommend them to anyone.

Love these shorts wasn’t sure about them at first all the hooks and eyes wish the sizing guide was a little bit better. I probably could’ve ordered a size smaller but I’m glad I didn’t. I know I should’ve ordered a set of two just to give them enough time to dry, I would definitely recommend these
