Four port ultrasonic service
I like that the CT160 hooks straight in, running leak, flow and idle simulations without pulling injectors. Testing four nozzles together under microcomputer regulated pressure should expose uneven delivery quickly, while the backlit window makes spray cones easy to compare. Heated solvent plus in-line ultrasonic pulses target varnish from both ends, and the reverse flush adds an extra sweep for trapped debris. A push-button drain and compact trolley frame promise clean, effortless repositioning.

Great machine
It's a perfect machine for the price and performance. The only thing I can say is, the bigger injectors you run, the more the machine gets overwhelmed and either shuts off and resets or fuel pump cannot keep up. For example it's perfect for 6 70lb injectors. I had problems with 6 1200cc. However, it did the duty of cleaning and getting flow numbers on every injector iv done that the machine could keep up with. The ultrasonic cleaner works great but I cannot seem to find the ingredients to make the fluid that'll back flush. All in all, great machine.

Lots of features
Six different tests and three volume checks, that is impressive for such a great price! It is easy to use and has the heater built in. The cleaner is built rock solid like a tank and made from great quality metal with a great looking paint finish. The switches feel crisp and work great too. On the bottom it has big ole chunky rubber feet that keep it steady on my bench and it has a nice weight to it so it feels like a very high quality machine. The wiring harness is excellent, the valves all work smoothly and feel like good quality valves. So does the gauge it works great and is easy to read. The printing on the tubes is also clear and easy to read. 91% alcohol works good as a test fluid and is inexpensive compared to some retail solutions, I have also been told 100% mineral spirits/paint thinner works good. As far as cleaning fluid in the ultra sonic tank I used the lucas fuel injector cleaner as suggested but they also suggest a 3m fuel injector cleaner too. The fluids are not interchangeable, so don't use test fluid to clean or vice versa. Both of those are not too expensive and can be bought at many places and online. This is a fantastic tool and has helped me out and I greatly appreciate it.

This machine works very well for injectors on stock cars but as soon as you go to anything resembling a sports car you start running into issues. only three issues with the unit is it needs at lease a 10 micron fuel filter to catch any debris that has been removed from an injector so it doesn't just put it back in again, the connectors for the injectors should just be proper ev1 connectors with adapters to other plug types as the ones supplied have the ability to bend the pins on the injector, and the pressure regulation needs to be mechanical not by changing the voltage to the pump. ISSUES NOT THE MACHIENS FAULT JUST LIMITATIONS The pump runs out of steam when you go to larger injectors (4x 500cc) and cant maintain a consistent 40psi pressure which is standard amongst vehicles and the power supply isn't big enough to support a larger pump though the tank is designed in such a way where a walbro in tank pump can be easily put in like a walbro 550 though i recomend something with an internal check valve like a walbro 430.
