For what I got, this set is great! The handles don't have the "polish" of the sets from companies like Boyer but it wasn't the end of the world. The little extras like the place holders and the yarn needles were great to have. The only complaint I have is that the metal part of the hooks above size 4.5 aren't long enough, especially if you are using thicker yarn and I find myself constantly snagging when trying to double or triple crochet. If you stick to standard size yarn, though, you should have no problems.

This set comes with everything you need! It has the basic sized hooks with grips on them that help to make your hands more comfortable. My favorite part was the yarn cutter! I travel a lot and this kit is packed perfectly and I could even take all of it onto the plane. It's obviously a pain carrying scissors everywhere, and let's face it there are some yarns you cannot rip by hand. This kit is perfect for both beginners and experienced crocheters!

Some of the hooks are not good quality. They have rough edges and get caught in the yarn. For those of us who are use to naming the hooks by alphabet, all of these are named by numbers (eg. 4.0, 4.5,etc.) Keep a small chart in your pouch until you are familiar with the numbers. There is a ring yarn cutter which gets dull very quickly and pulls your yarn when you try to cut it. This product isn't the best

I love this product! The crochet hooks are comfortable to hold and your hand doesn't cramp! The needles are great and different sizes for the varies thickness of yarn! Everything fits in the nice zipper pouch.

Love this set! It came with my ergonomic hooks, tape measure, yarn cutter, stitch holders and needles all inside a small portable leather pouch. I take this to work with me so that I can crochet on my lunch hours. It fits nicely in my work bag and it keeps everything at hand. I have very arthritic hands and these ergonomic hooks are wonderful.

Good set. Great price. Only complaint is they don't give the corresponding letter for the size hook that most patterns use just the millimeters.
