This product was recommended by a friend. I'm not certain that I'll notice any health benefits but am willing to try it. I like the one-per-day feature--365 capsules in the bottle. They were shipped promptly and I am satisfied.

I am very selective on the types of herbs that I take, these Pure brand herbs is produced here in the USA and is truly pure with no added fillers or preservatives. It’s large quantity of 730 capsules or a better choice for your money.

these are a good value but i'd like to see something addressing the issue of lead in all cinnamon products tested my CR except for one other brand.

I take cinnamon for medical reasons and I find that it is the best cinnamon product out there and also you get a lot of capsules for a very, very reasonable price. I keep on buying the same product from the same company for years. Highly recommend.

I have borderline high blood pressure and my doctor had some diet related recommendations including trying “true cinnamon” as a supplement before considering something like lisinapro. Having read horror stories about cinnamon supplements labeled as “Ceylon” actually including cassia cinnamon which can apparently cause liver damage when taken in the dosage most commonly recommended (between 1g-2g per day). Even worse, some include other fillers and who knows what else.So I was a bit wary, but the company behind this product appears to be U.S. based (Utah) and sells a whole line of other non-supplement spices for cooking. It may be foolish, but this helped alleviate my concern about the actual product I would be putting into my body. Especially since the Ingredients are just cinnamon and the cellulose for the case.The pills themselves seem good, there is a strong cinnamon smell when you open the package. As far as I can tell, this is the real deal. I will be using this in the recommended 4 pills per day dose for 6 months until my next check-up. I am hoping to see my borderline HBP lower by 3-4 of points (that’s all I need to be back in the normal range).
