Really like these as a veggie sandwich filler. The Vegan version tastes awful.

being veggie am used to passable alternatives and usually have the Vegan type ham slices but tried this yday and prefer it - not a bad taste and almost as important texture

You can do anything with this.
It’s lovely on a sandwich. I’ve put it on a wrap with cheese and cooked it in a panini press. Absolutely gorgeous. I’ve also chopped it up and put it in a cream sauce poured over pasta, topped with cheese, really tasty.
