Product not good. Not sun dried
Mirchi is soft and little wet. Basic taste and essence of oora mirapakayalu comes from mirchi dipped in sour and salted buttermilk and sun-dried. Looks like the basic process is not followed as per authentic recipe. They are too salty. When fried in oil they don't get crispy as they are wet and moist. If you fry little more they get black in colour and burnt. Absolute and a big NO NO for this product. I don't suggest this item. It's waste of your money. Worst product. Lot of improvement needed. Manufacturers need to know the fundamentals of how oora mirapakayalu is prepared. More over the shelf life of this product as per Amogha pickles is just 3 months. Come on guys these are prepared in summer and lasts for an year.
