Casual Home Adjustable Sling Chair Natural Frame, Red Canvas

I have used this kind of item before when I was young and I liked it a lot so I knew what I was getting. I love it because my back is curved forward which I like to make it straight. It may not be good for the back if someone has already straight or backward bending back. I remember reading a report that it may not be good for the backbone with prolonged use. Otherwise, it's probably the most comforting chair I have used. I put it in my living room so I can watch T.V. comfortably and take a nap. Also I use it on my deck during spring and summer time. My wife tried it and liked it so much that now she wants one, but she is not getting one because her back is completely opposite of mine. If it is for occasional use on a deck or backyard Bar-B-Que, I don't see any problem. As far as I can see, I should have ordered this long time ago, then I would not have my back curving forward. It looks sturdy, but I can not comment on durability, since I have not used it long enough.

They took a long time to ship (as the listing warned) but the chair is excellent. Very comfortable! Generously sized too. Even at its highest setting it is reclined, can't sit up in it really, so it wouldn't be great to eat in. Fully reclined it makes me sleepy as it is so comfy, I think it will become a napping chair while camping. It seems sturdy, I will update my review if it proves otherwise later on. The design is clever. We are now considering whether to buy more chairs when we have the money to, or spend the time to build a copy. The quality is such that buying would be worth it.

Chair was sent without the fabric for the sling back. Only received the wooden frame. I contacted the mfg and they stated they couldn’t do anything to help and to contact Amazon. The only option was to rebox the wooden frame, take it in to ups for shipping and order a replacement. Not a big deal had it been for me, but I ordered for my mom on Mother’s Day. So now she has to do extra work for a gift she received on Mother’s Day because qc can’t count.

Ordered 2 chairs - first one had a loose arm - not horrible - but not fabulous assembly. 2nd is put together better - but wood is slightly darker. Oddly - my order was split into 2 shipments a day apart. Canvas seems sturdy but could be wider. Fully assembled but a little tricky to "unfold" - overall a win for what I was looking for - reasonably priced, looks decent, comfy - now we will see how long it lasts

The media could not be loaded. The product arrived in bad condition. The arm rest is loose, and it does not have regular screws to fix it myself. Too bulky to return it, so I'm stucked with it!

I liked this chair so much that I ordered two more to go with the two I bought. Very sturdy. I am 5'9" and they fit my frame perfectly. Assembly consists of attaching the canvas. If you can figure out which side is up, it takes two seconds! I love these chairs because the armrests help you get up! It's a wonderful addition to my outdoor decor. I hear you can even order canvas replacements through Hatteris. I love them. You won't be disappointed! Order now!

This is just the chair I wanted for reading the newspaper/hanging out on my deck. Love the color and the comfort of it, and it easily folds up to store against a wall inside if it rains. VERY pleased with this purchase! It's a little confusing to figure out how to fold and unfold, but once I did it a couple of times, It became easy!

This is one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever had. We use it as a beach chair and as a lawn chair. It's well made and sturdy. I should say that it's a little bit pricey, but I've seen other comparable chairs priced higher, so I guess it's the most reasonably priced chair.
