Doesn't feel like it seals properly. But I'm using it anyway.
Wish I had a picture of what I'm about to describe but unfortunately I didn't take one. I installed this on my boat and it is very strong and durable but when I tighten the cap the latch doesn't line up until I back it off 1/4 of a turn. I think it will stay dry because of where I mounted it.

Comes with it's own hardware.Best ever.Update: lost the cap.Ordered another and will make sure it's tight.
